I had intercourse in the workplace with a collegue

So about a year ago I had sex at work with a collegue. I didnt want to but I also didnt say no because of his reaction. I feel so ashamed and disgusted with myself.

I feel I deserve the bad luck I have because of it. He promised me the world and then left. I worry each day that it was picked up on camera footage or someone recorded through the window and my work/family will find out etc.

I sit waiting each day that I will be found out and it’s killing me. He isnt worried.
