A video showing a man apparently repairing a bus while it was still moving, with passengers inside, is circulating online. It was reportedly filmed on a Lagos road.
The clip was shared on X by the page Nigeria Stories, which described the man as a mechanic. It shows him sitting at the front of a yellow Volkswagen bus with its bonnet raised.
He leans over the open front section, holding what looks like a tool or a vehicle part, while the bus seems to keep moving.
Many viewers focused on the danger, since other road users were close by. Others found the man’s determination funny.
It is not clear what was wrong with the bus. The footage also does not show whether the vehicle stopped safely afterwards or carried on with its journey.
The identities of the man, the driver and the passengers have not been shared.
